What therapeutic technique do you use?

Each of our providers have different backgrounds, training, and experience. The common thread is each will work with you to determine your concerns and goals in order to develop a treatment plan to help you obtain your goals.

Do you take insurance?

Dr. Heidelbach contracts with a number of insurance companies (including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Tricare among others). It is best for you to contact your insurance company directly to inquire about the provider you wish to see. While we can generally say we are providers, there are sometimes limitations based on your particular policy.

Dr. Rinn does not accept insurance; however, we can give you the paperwork necessary for you to file the claim with your insurance company.

How long does each therapy session take?

You should allow 10-15 extra minutes for your first session so you can arrive early to complete paperwork. Sessions will typically last 30-60 minutes, depending on your provider, goals, and treatment needs.
